Quote

Ever paused to wonder and look at ourselves and the human race? For a moment, we can forget all the pain, suffering and all that’s not good around us. Look at what’s beautiful and marvelous. We, the people with all our imperfections and flaws, are not only amusing but also a mystery by large.

As a person who’s passionate about words, poetry is my earliest memory during childhood. I ponder at all the quotes and sayings that are now on the net - there’s always someone who knows how, when and what has happened and could happen. All those amazing poets and writers globally-their stories, thoughts and musings that we can so easily access and relate to. So much to learn, knowledge is truly infinite.

One such quote that recently caught my eye was from Franz Kafka, a Jewish writer during the World War period. ‘Everything that you love, you will eventually lose, but in the end love will return in a different way’. I read it so many times, I simply can’t get enough of it. How true isn’t it? So deep and yet simply beautiful.

We accept failures, give up when things go wrong, have our hearts broken, when life messes with us - there’s no end to our woes. But just like that, one day things fall into place and make it all worthwhile. There’s always a reason for whatever happens. Be it people who we lose or places we change. Time has a way of doing things for us.

This quote is just one example, there are many out there. And I can’t be more grateful and happy to have access to the repository of knowledge that’s now available to us at just one click. It only makes me marvel and cements the fact that we are all truly connected- genetically, biologically, culturally and spiritually. We are all fragments of only one entity. We’ve evolved from inception to get where we are today, but there’s no stopping from learning more until the end of our time. Someone somewhere knows something or has dealt with what we do or feel. It’s a matter of looking up and seeking answers.

See the brighter side of life, respect, love and care for our human race. We are truly one of our kind. Let’s live our best.

  1. If only we all could keep that quote in the front of our minds as we go day by day. Rather than seeking the answers to the different steps in life's journey what if we realized the answers are the steps themselves?
